What is
not included?
Airfare
Travel and personal
insurance
Additional hotel
expenses i.e. phone charges, mini-bar, and gratuities.
Transport of the
bicycle in the bus if the bus company wants extra for this.
Deposit must be paid no
later than 5 days after ordering.
Your order is only
accepted when Cyclingtours has received your deposit.
When you have paid the
deposit it is at the same time considered that you agree with our
conditions/terms.
Rest of payment shall
be paid no later than 60 days before the tour.
If the final payment is
not made as described, Cyclingtours has the right to consider the order
as cancelled from the customer and there will be no refund of the
deposit.
Cancellation:
Cancellation from the
customer no later than 60 days prior to the tour the customer will
receive money back with deduction of the paid deposit.
Cancellation from the
customer from day 60 to day 21 prior to the tour the customer has to pay
Cyclingtours 60% of the full price of the tour.
Cancellation from the
customer from day 21 to day 7 prior to the tour the customer has to pay
Cyclingtours 80% of the full price of the tour.
Cancellation shorter
than 7 days before the tour or if the customer meet up to late or stay
away will not give the customer any claim of refund.
Staying away or meeting
up to late is considered as a cancellation and will not give the
customer any refund.
Cylingtours has the
right to under certain circumstances to increase the price if for
instance the taxes, currency or oil prices rises.
Cyclingtours has no
responsibility regarding delay of transport of the bicycles.
In case of force
majeure, war, danger of war, civil disturbance, strikes, lockouts,
epidemics etc. which can effect on the planned tour, Cyclingtours has
the rights to claim payment from the customers for the expenses they
have had in connection to the planned tour. If those conditions should
happen under the tour, the customer must pay for expenses already being
held and payment for stay and home transportation.
If you have any
complaint it has to be told immediately to the staff connected to
Cyclingtours. Furthermore it has to be sent in writing no later than 7
days after the tour to Cyclingtours, att. Gert Caspersen, Hindbaervangen
70, 2765 Smoerum, Denmark.
Luggage Insurance:
It is the
customers own responsibility that the luggage is brought on the tour.
Damaged luggage or bikes will not be replaced or compensated from
Cyclingtours. You have to check with your own insurance company.
It is important that you have checked that everything
is in order with your own insurance company.
Cancellation Insurance:
Can be offered though
“Gouda” and doing your ordering you have to take decision if you want
this insurance. It will cost you 6% of the price for the tour.
It is your own
responsibility that you are fit and in good condition for the tour. Also
that your health is ok to cope with what you can expect on this
demanding tour.
All participants must
were approved helmets under the stages.
If one of more stages
has to be cancelled due to bad weather conditions, the participant must
pay for bus transfer to the next hotel on the planned route.
It will always be the
Chief guide/Tour operator who will take this decision.
